As Chief Strategy Officer at Hawthorne, George is responsible for leading agency strategy across all client services to meet client objectives and performance goals. George leads the strategic positioning, planning and execution of all campaigns across all channels with a focus on meeting the transformation of consumer response, consumer segmentation and media channels, across all devices to meet the performance metrics across response and brand awareness.
Working closely with a strong and experienced team of strategists, planners, data scientists and analysts, campaign strategies continue to expand across creative, media and analytics executions customized to each client in the U.S. and in select international markets.
George has worked with some of the biggest brands with performance and brand awareness metrics, from launch to growth, including Angie’s List, Carbonite, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Credit One Bank, Equifax, Gerber Life, HomeAdvisor, Hughes Satellite, LogMeIn, L’Oréal, Mars, Mattel, Philips Electronics, thredUP, Transamerica, Varidesk, Western Digital and Zulily.
George is an active participant and regular speaker at various media and data analytics conferences and webinars including ANA, NAB, Videonomics, Media Post and BWG Strategies. Much of his subject matter is drawn from his experience across the changing landscape of media channels and devices, consumer response and segmentation and attribution analytics.
George earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Boston University. He grew up in Brooklyn, New York and remains loyal to all New York sports teams. Even the Knicks.
