Paul is an expert at developing strategies that leverage market category and audience insights to uncover and point to a unique path forward for our clients. He has deep experience with developing paid/owned digital content strategies across social and digital media, inclusive of paid and earned models.
He was most recently assistant vice president, social strategy for Credit One Bank – a technology and data-driven financial services company offering a full range of consumer credit card products. Paul redefined the brand’s content strategy and production to drive significant growth in brand awareness and engagement. Prior to his work at Credit One Bank, Paul served as director, social intelligence and customer care at MGM Resorts International where he led the team in leveraging data to inform strategy.
Paul holds a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Paul lived in Las Vegas and enjoyed nearly 10 years of volunteering with Helping Hands of Vegas Valley, which provides assistive services to senior citizens.
